Avalon Princeton on Harrison posted the largest decline: a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit (001-307, 1,087 sqft) fell $125 to $3,195—a 3.8% drop. A 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit at the same property (001-106, 725 sqft) decreased $75 to $2,875 (−2.5%), while another 1-bedroom (001-322, 763 sqft) dipped $20 to $3,000.
At Woodmont Way at West Windsor, the Amethyst floorplan (2 bd · 2 ba · 1,415 sqft) fell $50 to $3,700 (−1.3%), and the Quartz unit (2 bd · 2 ba · 1,310 sqft) declined just $5 to $3,460.
The changes were modest overall, with four of the five adjustments under $75. The movement mirrors typical mid-September pricing activity in the metro.
