Princeton apartment rents moved higher across 10 floorplans on September 15, with all recorded changes pointing upward. The shifts span two properties: Avalon Princeton on Harrison and Lofts at Princeton.

Avalon Princeton on Harrison saw six units adjust prices. The largest single jump was a 1-bedroom at 725 square feet (unit 001-106), which rose $130 to $2,930—a 4.6% increase. Three other units climbed between $20 and $60, while a studio unit (001-431) ticked up just $5 to $2,715.

Lofts at Princeton registered four price changes, all in 1-bedroom units. The most significant was unit ME-1B at 766 square feet, which increased $100 to $2,599 (a 4.0% jump). Units ME-1A and ME-1C each rose $50, while unit M-1B gained $70 to $2,499.

Across all 10 changes, rent increases ranged from $5 to $130 per month, with percentage gains between 0.2% and 4.6%. One-bedroom units dominated the activity, with the bulk of movement at Avalon's larger floor plans and at Lofts' mid-to-upper-range offerings.
