Two units with 741 square feet of space each moved from $2,935 and $2,970 to $2,950 and $2,985 respectively, each rising $15 per month (0.5%). A third unit measuring 684 square feet increased from $2,710 to $2,720, a gain of $10 per month (0.4%).
All three price changes were increases; no units fell in rent today. The moves represent modest upward adjustments at a single property in the metro.
