Princeton, NJ Apartment Rent Changes — September 11, 2026

Princeton apartment rents moved lower on September 11, with 11 units across two communities posting price cuts. No rents rose. The largest single drop came at Woodmont Way at West Windsor, where the Quartz floorplan (2 bed, 2 bath, 1,310 sqft) fell $50 to $3,490. The Amethyst unit at the same property declined $45 to $3,770.

Woodmont Way at West Windsor

Five of the six units tracked at Woodmont Way dropped price, with adjustments clustered between $15 and $50. Most of the smaller two-bedroom units—Pearl, Jade, Sapphire, and Emerald—each lost $15, while Quartz and Amethyst saw larger decreases of $50 and $45 respectively. These cuts represent declines between 0.4 and 1.4 percent.

Avalon Princeton on Harrison

At Avalon Princeton on Harrison, five one-bedroom units across different floor locations each fell between $5 and $10, with percentage drops ranging from 0.2 to 0.4 percent. Unit 001-207 (774 sqft) saw the steepest decline on a percentage basis at $9 down to $2,495, while unit 001-150 (741 sqft) was the smallest adjustment at $5, moving to $2,930.
