Princeton, NJ Apartment Rent Changes — August 25, 2026

Eight floorplans moved in price across Princeton, NJ apartments on August 25, with changes spread between two communities.

At Avalon Princeton on Harrison, five one-bedroom units all rose in rent. The largest jump was in floorplan 001-222 (763 sqft), which increased $93 to reach $2,689 per month—a 3.6% gain. Four other units in the same community climbed more modestly: floorplans 001-345, 001-112, and 001-106 each added $20, while 001-176 rose $15. Those increases ranged from 0.5% to 0.7%.

Woodmont Way at West Windsor dips

At Woodmont Way at West Windsor, three two-bedroom floorplans declined by $15 each—a 0.4% drop across the board. The Quartz (1,310 sqft) fell to $3,455, Onyx (1,515 sqft) to $3,610, and Amethyst (1,415 sqft) to $3,690.

Altogether, upward pressure dominated the day: five units increased for a combined gain of $168, while three units decreased for a combined loss of $45. The price swings remain modest on a percentage basis, but they reflect the active repricing typical in the Princeton market.
