A studio in plan 001-431 moved the opposite direction, rising $105 to $2,830 (+3.9%). The other one-bedrooms saw smaller shifts: plan 001-106 dropped $65 to $3,035, plan 001-112 gained $40 to $3,000, and plan 001-345 fell $20 to $2,985.
At Woodmont Way at West Windsor, all three tracked floorplans declined by the same amount: $15 each (−0.4%). The 2-bedroom Quartz unit is now $3,455, Onyx is $3,610, and Amethyst is $3,690.
