Four other two-bedroom units—Pearl, Jade, Sapphire, and Emerald—each lost $20, landing at prices between $3,135 and $3,500 (−0.6% across all four).
The price reductions, though small in percentage terms, suggest some softening in the market for mid-size units at this community. Renters shopping in Princeton may want to track whether this downward trend holds in coming days.
