Princeton, NJ Apartment Rent Changes — August 17, 2026

Twelve floorplans changed price across two Princeton, NJ communities on August 17. Studio and one-bedroom units at Avalon Princeton on Harrison saw the largest moves, with steeper cuts dominating the updates.

Two studio and two one-bedroom units at Avalon Princeton on Harrison recorded price reductions ranging from 2.4% to 10.6%. The biggest single drop was a 545-sqft studio (Unit 001-146) falling $279 to $2,346. A 763-sqft one-bedroom (Unit 001-126) declined $260 to $2,695. Two other one-bedroom units declined more modestly: Unit 001-222 dropped $69 to $2,801, while Unit 001-345 actually rose $15 to $2,960—the only increase recorded in this update.

Woodmont Way at West Windsor

Eight two-bedroom floorplans at Woodmont Way at West Windsor posted smaller, incremental declines. Prices fell between $15 and $35 across units ranging from 1,130 to 1,515 square feet. The Onyx floorplan (1,515 sqft, 2 bed/2 ba) saw the largest reduction at $35, bringing rent to $3,725. The remaining seven units—Quartz, Amethyst, Pearl, Jade, Sapphire, and Emerald—each dropped $15 to $20, with rents between $3,155 and $3,855.

Overall, 11 of 12 price changes were declines. The Princeton market update reflects typical pricing adjustments across multiple unit sizes and communities.
