One community in the Princeton area reduced rent on all of its available two-bedroom units in the past day. Woodmont Way at West Windsor—a single property—dropped prices across all seven floorplans, with cuts ranging from $65 to $175 per month.
The most significant reduction came on the Quartz floorplan, a 1,310-square-foot unit that fell $175, or 4.6%, to $3,595. The Onyx unit (1,515 sqft) dropped $135 to $3,760, and the Amethyst (1,415 sqft) declined $100 to $3,875. The remaining four floorplans—Pearl, Jade, Sapphire, and Emerald—each saw reductions of $65, lowering them to between $3,170 and $3,535.
Woodmont Way Adjustments
All units affected are two-bedroom, two-bathroom layouts ranging from 1,130 to 1,515 square feet. Prices now span from $3,170 for the smallest Pearl unit to $3,875 for the larger Amethyst floorplan. The percentage declines were steepest on larger units, with the full-square-foot impact most visible on Quartz and Onyx.
No price increases were recorded across Princeton apartment inventory in this update.
