Princeton, NJ Apartment Rent Changes — August 12, 2026

· The rentprice Team

Princeton apartment rents saw minimal movement on August 12, 2026. Woodmont Way at West Windsor was the only community with price changes, affecting seven floor plans across the property.

A single unit type climbed: the Onyx two-bedroom rose to $3,930, an increase of $90 or 2.3%. The move reversed its recent trajectory and now ranks among the pricier two-bedroom offerings at the community.

The remaining six floor plans declined modestly. One-bedroom units fell by $20 each: Ruby dropped to $2,690 and Garnet to $2,765. Five two-bedroom units also fell $20 apiece—Pearl, Jade, Sapphire, and Emerald all shed 0.6% of their rents, landing at $3,235, $3,350, $3,430, and $3,600 respectively.

The majority of moves were uniform across similar unit types, suggesting a deliberate inventory adjustment at this single property rather than broader market momentum in the Princeton metro.
