Princeton, NJ Apartment Rent Changes — August 10, 2026

On August 10, 2026, 13 floorplans changed price across Princeton's two largest tracked communities—one unit rose while 12 fell.

Avalon Princeton on Harrison saw mixed movement. A 763-square-foot one-bedroom (unit 001-126) climbed $252 to $2,955, the largest single increase, while other units in the complex posted modest declines. Studio 001-146 dropped $65 to $2,680, and studio 001-431 fell $65 to $2,895. One-bedrooms 001-212, 001-429, and 001-345 each eased between $15 and $45, now ranging from $2,880 to $2,990.

Woodmont Way at West Windsor recorded steeper reductions across most sizes. The one-bedroom Garnet floorplan fell $155 to $2,785, while Ruby (860 sqft) dropped $80 to $2,710. Two-bedroom units saw consistent $60 cuts: Pearl ($3,255), Jade ($3,370), Sapphire ($3,450), and Emerald ($3,620). A two-bedroom Onyx declined $75 to $3,840.
