Princeton, NJ Apartment Rent Changes — August 5, 2026

Princeton apartment rents moved in both directions on August 5, 2026, with five floorplans changing price across two major communities.

At Woodmont Way at West Windsor, two one-bedroom units declined. The Ruby (860 sqft) dropped $50 to $2,790/month, a 1.8% decrease. The Garnet (830 sqft) fell $50 to $2,940/month, down 1.7%.

Across town at Avalon Princeton on Harrison, three one-bedroom units posted small increases. Unit 001-112 (727 sqft) rose $10 to $3,020/month. Unit 001-429 (684 sqft) gained $5 to $2,895/month. Unit 001-345 (727 sqft) added $5 to $3,005/month.

Overall, three floorplans rose and two fell, with movements ranging from −$50 to +$10.
