Eight floorplans across two Princeton-area communities shifted prices on August 3. Five units declined, while three posted small increases.
The largest drops appeared at Avalon Princeton on Harrison, where a 727-square-foot one-bedroom fell $60 to $3,000, and another unit in the same configuration dropped $25 to $3,010. Two other one-bedroom units at Avalon also moved down by $20 and $25 respectively. At Woodmont Way at West Windsor, prices moved lower as well: a Ruby unit (1 bd, 860 sqft) fell to $2,840 and a Garnet unit (1 bd, 830 sqft) dropped to $2,990.
Three units recorded small gains. Two studios at Avalon—one at $2,745 and another at $2,960—each rose by single digits, while a third one-bedroom inched up $5 to $2,895.
Pricing context
One-bedroom rents in these communities now range from about $2,890 to $3,010. Studios are tracking lower, with prices in the $2,745 to $2,960 range. The daily changes were modest—no unit moved more than $60, and most shifts were under $30.
