Six floorplans moved in price across Princeton, New Jersey apartments on July 30. Three posted gains while three declined, with the largest single shift a $70 drop at Lofts at Princeton.
Price drops
Lofts at Princeton's ME-2B (2 bed, 2 bath, 1,158 sqft) fell $70 to $3,149, a 2.2% decline. At Avalon Princeton on Harrison, two studios ticked down slightly: the 001-146 unit (545 sqft) dropped $5 to $2,740, and the 001-431 unit (725 sqft) fell $5 to $2,950.
Price increases
Woodmont Way at West Windsor led the gains. The Sapphire floorplan (2 bed, 2 bath, 1,230 sqft) rose $40 to $3,540, a 1.1% increase. The Onyx unit (2 bed, 2 bath, 1,515 sqft) climbed $20 to $3,900, while the Jade floorplan (2 bed, 2 bath, 1,190 sqft) added $5 to $3,425.
