At Avalon Princeton on Harrison, studios moved lower. The 545-sqft unit (001-146) dropped $80 to $2,740, and the 725-sqft unit (001-431) fell $80 to $2,955—both reflecting 2.6 to 2.8 percent decreases.
Woodmont Way at West Windsor's two-bedroom lineup posted gains. The Sapphire plan (1,230 sqft) increased $40 to $3,540 (+1.1%). The Onyx plan (1,515 sqft) rose $20 to $3,900 (+0.5%). The Jade plan (1,190 sqft) ticked up $5 to $3,425 (+0.1%).
Studio rents in Princeton area now range from $2,740 to $2,955. Two-bedroom rents at Woodmont Way span $3,425 to $3,900.
