At Woodmont Way at West Windsor, the Onyx floorplan (2 bed, 2 bath, 1,515 sqft) rose from $3,870 to $3,880, and the Amethyst model (2 bed, 2 bath, 1,415 sqft) increased from $3,965 to $3,975. Both gains were modest—less than half a percent each.
