Princeton apartment rents inched up on July 27, with all six price movements recorded across a single community moving in the same direction.

Avalon Princeton on Harrison accounted for the day's activity, with six floorplans increasing in price. Four units—three one-bedroom units (001-429, 001-112, 001-250) and one larger studio (001-431)—rose by $10 and $5 respectively. The increases were modest, ranging from 0.2% to 0.3% per unit.

Daily movers

One-bedroom units dominated the price increases. Unit 001-112 (727 sqft) and unit 001-250 (741 sqft) each gained $10, now asking $3,080 and $3,090 respectively. Unit 001-429 (684 sqft) also rose $10 to $2,955. Unit 001-106, a 725-sqft one-bedroom, increased $5 to $3,105.

Studio units saw smaller gains. Unit 001-146 (545 sqft) rose $5 to $2,820, while the larger studio 001-431 (725 sqft) moved up $5 to $3,035.

No floorplans fell in price. The consistent upward movement, though small, reflects tightness in available inventory at this property.
