Princeton, NJ Apartment Rent Changes — July 25, 2026

Across the Princeton market, nine floorplans shifted price overnight, with four rising and five falling. The largest move came from Lofts at Princeton, where the three-bedroom ME-3B dropped $500—a 12.2% decrease—bringing it to $3,599 from $4,099.

At Woodmont Way at West Windsor, four of five units tracked climbed in price. The Ruby (1 bd, 860 sqft) gained $60 to $3,000, while the Garnet (1 bd, 830 sqft) rose $60 to $3,150. The two-bedroom Amethyst added $50 to reach $3,965. The Onyx (2 bd, 1,515 sqft) saw a modest $10 increase to $3,870. No units at Woodmont Way fell.

Avalon Princeton on Harrison

At Avalon Princeton on Harrison, all four tracked units declined slightly. Units 001-429, 001-112, 001-250, and 001-106—all one-bedroom layouts ranging from 684 to 741 sqft—each dropped $10 (0.3%). Prices now span $2,950 to $3,100.

The most significant driver of daily movement was Lofts at Princeton's large decrease. The broader picture shows mixed pressure: Woodmont Way pricing up on balance, while Avalon held steady with minor downward adjustments.
