The ME-3B at Lofts at Princeton—a 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit with 1,169 square feet—dropped $500 to $3,599, marking a 12.2% decrease from its previous price of $4,099. This is the largest single-day price adjustment in today's update.
Meanwhile, all four floorplans at Woodmont Way at West Windsor posted increases. The Ruby (1 bed, 1 bath, 860 sqft) rose $60 to $3,000, while the Garnet (1 bed, 1 bath, 830 sqft) climbed $60 to $3,150. Among the two-bedroom units, the Amethyst (2 bed, 2 bath, 1,415 sqft) added $50 to reach $3,965, and the Onyx (2 bed, 2 bath, 1,515 sqft) gained just $10 to $3,870.
All four Woodmont Way increases stayed in the low single-digit percentage range (0.3% to 2.0%), reflecting modest market adjustments rather than sharp moves.
