Princeton, NJ Apartment Rent Changes — July 23, 2026

Five floorplans across two Princeton-area communities posted price increases on July 23, with no declines recorded.

Avalon Princeton on Harrison accounted for three of the five increases. Its studio (725 sqft) rose $50 to $3,035—a 1.7% jump. Two identical 1-bedroom units climbed $40 each: the 727-sqft floorplan moved from $3,045 to $3,085, and the 741-sqft unit went from $3,055 to $3,095 (both +1.3%).

Woodmont Way at West Windsor saw modest movement on its two 2-bedroom floorplans. The Onyx (1,515 sqft) increased $5 to $3,860, and the Amethyst (1,415 sqft) rose $5 to $3,915 (+0.1% each).

Price movement summary

All five units tracked overnight moved upward. Avalon's smaller floorplans saw the steeper percentage gains, while Woodmont Way's 2-bedrooms posted fractional increases.
