Four additional floorplans—Pearl, Jade, Emerald, and Sapphire—moved up between $5, representing 0.1% to 0.2% increases. The sole decline at Woodmont came from the Sapphire unit, which dropped $5 to $3,500 (−0.1%).

Daily Price Moves

The changes reflect typical week-to-week volatility in a market tracking multiple properties. Avalon's 1-bedroom drop was the largest move by dollar amount; elsewhere, increases centered on the two-bedroom units at Woodmont, where larger floorplans and higher rents tend to see more frequent pricing adjustments.
