Princeton, New Jersey apartment rents saw mixed movement on July 17, with eight floorplans changing price across two communities. Six units increased in rent, while two declined slightly.
Avalon Princeton on Harrison reported the largest adjustment: its 2-bedroom floorplan rose $338 to $4,310, a gain of 8.5%. The property's studio unit ticked down $5 to $3,025, representing a decline of less than 0.2%.
Woodmont Way at West Windsor, which accounts for six of the eight price changes, showed narrow adjustments overall. Two units led the increases: the Onyx floorplan (2 bed, 2 bath, 1,515 sqft) and the Amethyst unit (2 bed, 2 bath, 1,415 sqft) each rose $20, or 0.5%. The Pearl, Jade, Emerald, and Sapphire floorplans moved between +0.2% and −0.1%, with changes of just $5 in either direction. Only the Sapphire unit (2 bed, 2 bath, 1,230 sqft) declined, dropping $5 to $3,500.
The largest single increase came from Avalon's 2-bedroom adjustment, while Woodmont Way's movement reflects tighter pricing fluctuations typical of day-to-day adjustments.
