The largest single move came at Avalon Princeton on Harrison, where a 1-bedroom unit jumped from $2,428 to $2,825—a gain of $397 or 16.4%. That community also saw modest increases on its studio and 2-bedroom offerings, up $5 each.
Parc at Princeton Junction posted four price increases, all concentrated in its 2-bedroom units. Four different floorplans—2G, 2C, 2I, and 2J—each rose by $21, representing gains between 0.5% and 0.6%. The increases ranged from 0.5% to 0.6% across unit sizes from 1,068 to 1,349 square feet.
Woodmont Way at West Windsor saw gains on two units and a single decline. The Onyx (2 bd, 1,515 sqft) and Amethyst (2 bd, 1,415 sqft) floorplans each rose $20, while the Sapphire (2 bd, 1,230 sqft) dipped $15 to $3,495.
The Mews at Princeton Junction recorded five price moves, all upward. Its 1-bedroom units increased by $11 each across the A1, A1-HC, A1-HC Premium, A1B Premium, and A1B-HC Premium floorplans, with percentage gains of 0.4% to 0.5%.

Avalon Princeton on Harrison led with the largest percentage swing, while Parc at Princeton Junction and The Mews at Princeton Junction showed consistent, moderate increases across multiple units. Woodmont Way at West Windsor was the only community with a price decline in yesterday's update.
