The day's largest change came at Avalon Princeton on Harrison, where a 1-bedroom jumped from $2,428 to $2,795—a $367 increase or 15.1%. The same building's studio fell slightly, dropping $20 to $2,235.
Parc at Princeton Junction Sees Modest Across-the-Board Growth
Parc at Princeton Junction accounted for nine of the 25 price moves. Its one-bedroom units (ranging from 730 to 750 square feet) each climbed $34–35, or 1.4%. The two-bedroom floorplans rose $23–24, or 0.6–0.7%, with rents now spanning $3,444 to $3,585.
Other Communities Show Incremental Movement
The Mews at Princeton Junction posted 11 price changes—all modest increases of $5–11, or 0.1–0.5%. Units ranged from a 1-bedroom at $2,256 to a 3-bedroom at $3,630.
Lofts at Princeton saw its 2-bedroom unit (2-ba, 1,327 sqft) rise $150 to $3,799. Woodmont Way at West Windsor recorded four price moves: three units declined by $5–40, while its Sapphire unit fell $40 to $3,510.
Overall, the upward moves were modest in scale; the median increase among rising units was $23–24. Most changes reflected daily price adjustments rather than major market shifts.
