Parc at Princeton Junction saw the most activity, with nine floorplans adjusting. Two-bedroom units in the 2,000+ rent range climbed modestly—units 2G, 2I, and 2J each added $25 (0.7%), landing at $3,420, $3,562, and $3,808 respectively. Unit 2C rose $24 to $3,537. Meanwhile, smaller one-bedrooms ticked down: units 1E, 1B, and 1J shed between $16 and $18 (0.7% each).
The Mews at Princeton Junction logged eight adjustments across a range of sizes. Three one-bedroom floorplans—all 730 to 752 square feet—climbed $11 each (0.4–0.5%), with prices now between $2,245 and $2,725 depending on amenity level. The two three-bedroom options rose $6 apiece (0.2%) to land between $3,124 and $3,624. A 1,304-square-foot two-bedroom loft dropped $10 to $2,943.
Woodmont Way at West Windsor showed minimal movement across six floorplans. The Sapphire (1,230 sqft) dipped $25 to $3,550, while Pearl, Emerald, Onyx, and Amethyst each shifted by just $5 or less, with changes under 0.2%.
Market takeaway
The mix of gains and losses suggests day-to-day pricing adjustments rather than directional pressure. Larger one-bedrooms and smaller two-bedrooms showed the most volatility, while premium three-bedroom units moved in tight increments.
