Princeton apartment rents saw modest movement on July 8, 2026, with four floor plans changing price across two communities. Two rose and two fell, reflecting typical daily volatility in the local market.

At Avalon Princeton on Harrison, the largest increase came on a 712-square-foot one-bedroom (unit 001-249), which climbed $167 to $2,555—a 7.0% jump. A smaller unit at the same community, 684 square feet (001-429), edged up $5 to $2,900. Meanwhile, another one-bedroom at Avalon (727 sqft, unit 001-112) declined slightly by $30 to $3,045.

At Woodmont Way at West Windsor, the Quartz two-bedroom floor plan (1,310 sqft) dropped $15 to $3,675, a 0.4% decrease.
