At Avalon Princeton on Harrison, a 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit increased from $2,388 to $2,555—a jump of $167 or 7.0 percent. A second 1-bedroom at the same property rose modestly by $5, from $2,895 to $2,900.
Woodmont Way at West Windsor saw four of its two-bedroom units move up in price. The Sapphire floorplan (1,230 sqft) climbed $5 to $3,495. The Onyx unit (1,515 sqft) increased $5 to $3,835, and the Amethyst floorplan (1,415 sqft) rose $5 to $3,890. All three of these increases were less than 0.2 percent.
All five changes were price increases; no units dropped in rent today. The largest single move was the $167 increase on the Harrison Street 1-bedroom, while the Woodmont Way changes were nominal adjustments under $10 each.
