Princeton, NJ Apartment Rent Changes — July 4, 2026

Princeton apartment rents saw modest movement on July 4, with 10 floorplans changing price across two communities. Six units increased and four declined, signaling mixed direction in the local market.

Woodmont Way at West Windsor

Woodmont Way posted five price gains and one decline. The three largest 2-bedroom units pushed higher: Quartz jumped $115 to $3,705, while Onyx and Amethyst each rose $95 to $3,835 and $3,890 respectively. Three other units ticked up marginally—Pearl, Sapphire, and Emerald each gained $5. Citrine, a 1-bedroom, was the sole loser at the property, dropping $65 to $3,285.

Avalon Princeton on Harrison

Avalon saw mixed movement across three units. The 001-249 floorplan posted the largest decline of any unit tracked: a 1-bedroom at 712 sqft fell $175 to $2,388, down 6.8%. Two studios (001-231 and 001-331) each slipped just $5 to $2,353, marking the smallest changes in the daily update.
