Princeton apartment rents saw declines across 8 floorplans on July 3, 2026, with no price increases reported. All movement came from two communities: Avalon Princeton on Harrison and Woodmont Way at West Windsor.

The largest adjustments occurred at Avalon Princeton on Harrison, where studios and a one-bedroom dropped by double-digit percentages. A one-bedroom unit (001-249, 712 sqft) fell $432 to $2,563—a 14.4% decrease. Two studio floorplans (001-231 and 001-331, 530 sqft each) each dropped $337 to $2,358, representing a 12.5% cut. A second one-bedroom (001-349, 712 sqft) saw a more modest $70 reduction to $2,925, or 2.3%.

Woodmont Way adjustments

Woodmont Way at West Windsor reported smaller declines across its two-bedroom and one-bedroom inventory. The Sapphire floorplan (2 bd · 2 ba · 1230 sqft) fell $50 to $3,520 (−1.4%), and the Citrine one-bedroom (1 bd · 1 ba · 1050 sqft) dropped $35 to $3,350 (−1.0%). Two larger two-bedroom units—Onyx (1515 sqft) and Amethyst (1415 sqft)—each declined by just $5, settling at $3,740 and $3,795 respectively.
