Ten floorplans moved in price across Princeton, NJ apartment communities on July 2, 2026, with notable activity at two major complexes.

Avalon Princeton on Harrison

The largest price moves came from Avalon Princeton on Harrison, where four units posted increases and two posted decreases. One-bedroom units showed the sharpest gains: a 712-square-foot unit jumped from $2,741 to $2,995 (+9.3%), while another 712-square-foot unit rose $259 to $2,995 (+9.5%). A 727-square-foot one-bedroom added $234, climbing to $3,075 (+8.2%). A studio unit at 530 square feet moved up $220 to $2,695 (+8.9%).

On the downside, two studio units at Avalon posted modest declines—one fell $10 to $2,945 (−0.3%) and another dropped $5 to $2,695 (−0.2%).

Woodmont Way at West Windsor

Six units at Woodmont Way saw small price reductions. The Sapphire floorplan (a 2-bed, 2-bath at 1,230 square feet) fell $50 to $3,520 (−1.4%), while the Citrine unit (1-bed, 1-bath, 1,050 square feet) dropped $35 to $3,350 (−1.0%). Three additional units—Onyx, Amethyst, and another offering—each declined by $5, representing drops of 0.1% or less.

Overall, price increases at Avalon Princeton on Harrison outweighed the modest decreases at Woodmont Way, with Avalon's moves averaging larger percentage swings in the 8–9% range.
