Princeton, NJ Apartment Rent Changes — June 30, 2026

Ten floorplans across two Princeton-area communities posted price changes on June 30, 2026. Six units rose in rent and four fell.

Avalon Princeton on Harrison saw the largest moves. A studio (001-231, 530 sqft) jumped $295 to $2,700 per month—a 12.3% increase. A one-bedroom (001-222, 763 sqft) added $189, reaching $2,870. Two more units there gained modestly: a studio (001-331) rose $37 to $2,475, and a one-bedroom (001-112) increased $27 to $2,841.

Woodmont Way at West Windsor, across four separate two-bedroom floorplans, saw minimal fluctuations. The Citrine unit (1 bed, 1 ba, 1,050 sqft) posted the community's only notable gain, up $135 to $3,395 (+4.1%). The larger floorplans—Sapphire, Emerald, Pearl, and Amethyst—each shifted by $15 or less in either direction, holding between $3,605 and $3,895 per month. The Jade unit was essentially flat at a +$5 adjustment.

What moved and where

Avalon Princeton accounted for four of six rent increases. Three Avalon units rose 1.0% to 1.5%, while the 001-231 studio saw outsized growth at 12.3%. At Woodmont Way, one two-bedroom gained slightly while the remaining four posted minor declines under 0.5%.

Overall, the net direction was upward: gains totaled roughly $683 across the two properties, while losses totaled about $50.
