At 1900 Broadway, two studio units with one bathroom and 556 square feet each increased in rent. One unit (3106) rose by $478 to $3,722.14 per month, a gain of 14.7%. A second unit (2706) in the same floorplan rose more modestly by $83 to $3,676.14, a 2.3% increase.
Both studios had been priced at or below $3,600, and now sit in the $3,670–$3,720 range. The larger jump in unit 3106 marked the most significant single-unit change recorded in Oakland today.
