The A3 Prestige Renovation (833 sqft) gained $10 to reach $1,574, and the A2 Platinum Renovation (800 sqft) increased $10 to $1,771.
All price changes were positive, reflecting a consistent upward momentum in the Dunwoody market tracked over the past day.
