Upgraded units saw smaller percentage gains: the A3 Prestige Renovation rose $9 to $1,507, while the A2 Platinum Renovation increased $7 to $1,673.

Premium finishes command a meaningful premium: the Prestige Renovation A2 is now $1,379, and the top-tier A2 Platinum reaches $1,673.
