Dunwoody apartment rents shifted downward on September 10, 2026. All six floorplan changes recorded across the market were price decreases, concentrated at a single community.

Drift Dunwoody posted cuts across its full lineup of one-bedroom units. Standard floorplans saw the most aggressive moves: the 800-square-foot A2 dropped $40 to $1,274 (−3.0%), while the 833-square-foot A3 fell $28 to $1,346 (−2.0%). The 757-square-foot A1 declined $17 to $1,224 (−1.4%).

Renovated and premium units

Drift Dunwoody's upgraded offerings also declined, though at smaller rates. The A2 Prestige Renovation fell $15 to $1,379 (−1.1%), and the A3 Prestige Renovation dropped $15 to $1,507 (−1.0%). The A2 Platinum Renovation—the highest-priced floorplan—decreased $12 to $1,673 (−0.7%).

Across all six units, reductions ranged from $12 to $40 per month, suggesting Drift Dunwoody adjusted pricing in response to current market conditions. No rent increases were recorded in Dunwoody on this date.
