Dunwoody, GA Apartment Rent Changes — August 26, 2026

Dunwoody apartment rents moved lower on August 26. All seven price changes came from a single community, Drift Dunwoody, where one-bedroom units across multiple floor plans and finishes declined.

Standard units led the drops. The A1 plan (757 sqft) fell $29 to $1,241, the A2 plan (800 sqft) dropped $29 to $1,314, and the A3 plan (833 sqft) fell $29 to $1,374. These standard units saw cuts ranging from 2.1% to 2.3%.

Upgraded finishes showed smaller declines. The A2-Prestige Renovation slipped $27 to $1,394, while the A3-Prestige Renovation fell $24 to $1,522. The A1-Platinum Renovation declined $15 to $1,589 and the A2-Platinum Renovation dropped $13 to $1,685. The premium finishes posted cuts between 0.8% and 1.9%.
