Dunwoody apartment rents pulled back on August 25. All price movement came from a single community: Drift Dunwoody, where all 7 listed floorplans fell.

The steepest cuts hit the base 1-bedroom units. The A1 plan (757 sqft) dropped $29 to $1,241, a 2.3% decline. The A2 (800 sqft) fell the same amount—$29—landing at $1,314 (−2.2%). The larger A3 (833 sqft) also lost $29, settling at $1,374 (−2.1%).

Renovated units saw smaller adjustments. The A2 Prestige Renovation dropped $27 to $1,394 (−1.9%), while the A3 Prestige Renovation fell $24 to $1,522 (−1.6%). The premium Platinum Renovation tier saw the gentlest declines: the A1 Platinum fell $15 to $1,589 (−0.9%), and the A2 Platinum dipped $13 to $1,685 (−0.8%).
