The Maddux at Shadowood also posted a gain: its 738-square-foot A2 one-bedroom ticked up $5 to $1,848 (+0.3%), the day's smallest increase.
All three units are one-bedroom, one-bathroom layouts, reflecting typical price movement in that segment.
