Atlanta, GA Apartment Rent Changes — October 20, 2026

· The rentprice Team

On October 20, six apartment floorplans across two Atlanta communities lowered their rents, with no price increases recorded. All changes were downward adjustments.

Camden Paces saw more aggressive pricing moves. One-bedroom units dropped notably: the Colonial floorplan fell $60 to $2,589, the Channing unit dropped $50 to $2,409, and the Battle floorplan decreased $40 to $2,239. These reductions ranged from 1.8% to 2.3%.

Camden Buckhead made minor adjustments to its two-bedroom inventory. The B6 floorplan declined $10 to $2,719, while the B1 and B2 units each fell $10 to $2,879 and $3,139 respectively. These changes represented cuts of 0.3% to 0.4%.

Price Movements

All six changes were decreases. Camden Paces accounted for the larger dollar reductions, particularly in smaller one-bedroom units ranging from 939 to 1,259 square feet. Camden Buckhead's two-bedroom reductions were more modest, ranging from $10 per unit and affecting floorplans between 1,056 and 1,315 square feet.

What This Means

The price adjustments suggest potential softness in these premium Atlanta locations or seasonal market dynamics as fall rental demand typically cools. Renters looking at these communities may find more negotiating room or better pricing than previous days.
